The separation of church and state is itself a source of division among patriots. It is my belief that though they cannot be entirely separated, the manner in which Christian Nationalists seek to interlace them is hugely damaging to the growth of the CHURCH. The text warns against misguided interpretations of scripture and the dangers of division, advocating for a focus on love, morality and free will.
The Role of the Bible in American Education
“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” 2 Timothy 3:16
One Question Christian Nationalists Get Right; Two They Butcher
“There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.” Romans 8:1
“You have become estranged from Christ, you who attempt to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace.” Galatians 5:4
The Collateral Damage of Misguided Faith
“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.” 1 Peter 2:9-10
Confronting the Dangers of Christian Nationalism
“But you, beloved, remember the words which were spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ: how they told you that there would be mockers in the last time who would walk according to their own ungodly lusts. These are sensual persons, who cause divisions, not having the Spirit.” Jude 1:17-19
Free Will & the Role of Government
“Keep your heart with all diligence,
For out of it spring the issues of life.” Proverbs 4:23
